Stalled Chaani ECDE Project
The stalled project, initially valued at KES 56 million, remains incomplete, with only KES 14 million utilized so far. This delay has caused community frustration, safety concerns, and missed opportunities for early childhood education. The community urges the county government to prioritize this project, allocate the required funds, and ensure its completion by the end of the 2024/2025 financial year.

COUNTY FISCAL STRATEGY PAPER (CFSP) 2025/2026
The County Fiscal Strategy Paper (CFSP) is a critical document as mandated by Kenya's Public Finance Management Act, 2012. It provides the strategic direction for the county's budget, outlining priority areas and policy objectives. County assemblies are required to table CFSPs by February 28 each year.
